Three part breath practice with Ricardo Also Called Mahat Yoga Pranayama This practice helps you to complete deep breathing using three sections of the lungs ( lower - mid and upper ) to form one complete wave like breath. Both inhalation and exhalation through the nostrils. We work with the breath count number 6 counts (divide it into 3 different part of the lungs) meaning 2 seconds at each section on both inhalation ( 2-2-2 ) and exhalation ( 2-2-2 ) empathy all the breath. You can start practice it for 5 minutes or even longer as a daily practice. Will help you to calming your mind.
